# Moonlit Beauty & Ink — Cancellation Policy ## Booking Fee All appointments require a non-refundable **$150 booking fee** at the time of scheduling. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your service. ## Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of **50% of the scheduled service cost**, in addition to the forfeiture of your booking fee. We understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out directly — we will always do our best to work with you. ## Rescheduling You are welcome to reschedule your appointment **one time per booking** at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee. A second reschedule request for the same booking will require a new $150 booking fee. ## Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of **15 minutes** is extended for all appointments.
